She lives at Kokomlemle and she is a trader. She knows the defendants. The defendants are her half-brothers. They hail from the same father but different mothers. She has a sister of the same mother. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">Kwame Agbeviadey is their father and is now deceased. He died in 1998 and was buried in their home town Agave Hodgeikpota. Their father died possessed of a house at Kokomlemle and another house at Weija with a piece of land. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">After the death of their father it was the 1st defendant who was collecting rents for both houses at Kokomlemle and at Weija.
