OF THE CASE:
<o:p></o:p>The
complainant, Mr. Christian Anokye, complained
to the National Labour Commission on 1st October, 2011, that he worked with
China Geo-Engineering Corporation, from
26th February, 2007, and was implicated
in stealing car tyres. <o:p></o:p>All charges against
him in the theft case were dropped and he
was asked to resume work on 1st
September, 2011. He started work
accordingly but on 13th October, 2011 one
Mr. Yast, instructed the security officer to prevent him entry into the yard.
Even though the Human Resource Manageress asked him to report to work, he was
not allowed into the yard. <o:p></o:p>Complainant therefore, reported to the Commission and
