called the Petitioners) against Safeway Printing Works (hereinafter called the

yes">Having examined the written submissions of the Petitioner

yes">The facts of the case and pleadings may be summed up as

yes">The Petitioners submit that they were employees of the
Respondent Company until May 29, 2009
when their employment were terminated giving them one month's salary in lieu of
notice. <o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:15.25pt;margin-right:.2pt;margin-bottom:
0cm;margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;mso-pagination:

yes">They also submit that the reason for the termination of
their employment as stated in their termination letters
is "the shrinking market
that has
