</div>Facts of the Case: <o:p></o:p>Agnes Totimeh, a former employee of Sixteen 47 Limited, lodged a complaint with the National Labour Commission on 10
January, 2011, against her former employer, for unfair termination on 1
December, 2010. This was a result of a missing decorative beading. <o:p></o:p>She, therefore, sought for the following
reliefs: <o:p></o:p>1. Compensation <o:p></o:p>2. Payment of notice <o:p></o:p>3. Payment of leave for the years worked with the company. <o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>The employer replied
that Agnes Totimeh was dismissed following a disciplinary
meeting concerning a missing decorative beading
for which she was responsible and attempts by her to cover up for their disappearance. <o:p></o:p>The Hearing: <o:p></o:p>The Commission invited the parties for a hearing on Tuesday
