</div>1.The case of the Petitioner <o:p></o:p>The petitioner lodged a
petition with the Commission on 8/02/2010 claiming that he was appointed by the
Regional Director of Ghana Education Service as Senior Superintendent I with
effect from 1st September, 2005 and posted to KLO-Agogo Secondary School in the
Somanya District of the Eastern Region <o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:18.95pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:
0cm;margin-left:2.85pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;mso-pagination:

yes">Since his appointment he

directed to National Accreditation Board to have his certificates

never brought any feedback to the Ghana Education

yes">The Regional Director of
Education in the Eastern Region did issue an appointment letter dated on 14/07/2005
saying that “approval is given for the above-mentioned person to be employed
into the Ghana Education Service with effect from 1st September, 2005."
The above-mentioned person was Ohemeng Lord Gasti the petitioner. The
appointment letter was copied to the Director-General and other relevant
authorities. <o:p></o:p>The petitioner was posted to KLO-Agogo Secondary
School in the Somaya District of the Eastern Region. <o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:18.45pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:

was not subject to any regularization as being claimed by the counsel for the
