The letter of termination dated 29 July, 2011, stated that the Disciplinary Committee found him guilty of misapplication of funds, absenteeism and alcoholism. The committee recommended that his appointment should be terminated. He was accordingly terminated by letter dated 29 July, 2011, stating that the termination took effect from August 1, 2011.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>The Statistical Service brought a dossier on Mr. Rockson Fianko from the date he was employed as Administrative Assistant by letter dated 19 May, 1993, to the time of his termination on August 1, 2011. The behaviour and work attitude of Mr. Fianko has not been the best and has had several queries and relevant punishment including one on one advice by the Government Statistician.<o:p></o:p>&nbsp;<o:p></o:p>Mr. Rockson Fianko's behaviour became unbearable and had to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement in operation. The Statistical Service constituted a Disciplinary Committee on Mr. Rockson Fianko on 13 July, 2011.
