</div>BACKGROUND <o:p></o:p>The FBSEU of the Ghana Federation of Labor
lodged a complaint with the National Labor Commission against Kairo International Casino, the
Respondents in this matter. The two issues which are at the heart of the
Complainant case were: <o:p></o:p>a. The Respondent
and the Complainant are unable to agree on the class of worker who should be
covered by the Collective Bargaining Certificate issued by the Chief Labor
Officer <o:p></o:p>b. The unfair termination of employment of one
of the employees of Kairo Casino who is a member of the union <o:p></o:p>The parties at the start

Respondents to ask for the company's organizational chart so they could
determine which category of employees could be in the Union. However, the Respondent has failed or refused to furnish them with
that information. This has made it difficult for the Union to get the required number of employees to join their fold. The
Union recognizes that it cannot enroll people in supervisory or decision
making positions into their membership but they need the information from
