text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:Arial">The plaintiff’s case was prosecuted by one Alexander Saka Ansong. He described himself as a building contractor. On the plaintiff, he said it is a group which learns about the signs of soul or about God. It is somehow a religious organization which he is a member since 1989 . The organization planned to build “shelters” as he described in his own words so they acquired the land in dispute from the Aplaku Stool. The acquisition of the said land was in 1990 and an indenture was issued to Jamal Ruhani Satsang. The demarcation was done by a surveyor – Mawunyor Kobla Galley who is a member of the plaintiff’s organization. Mawunyor Kobla Galley offered the plot he had from the work he did for the Aplaku Stool as a gift to his organization. Mr. Ansong Saka testified that, the whole parcel of land was fenced except one point where, when it rains, water gushes through; therefore after some failed attempts, they have to leave it. The fencing was made by blocks. During the processing of the land documents, Mr. Ansong stated, the name Vanderpuye Orgle came in. It was that, this Estate Company was the first to acquire the land. The said company therefore had judgment at the Supreme Court, declaring them as owners of the land. The plaintiff therefore entered into discussions with Vanderpuye Orgle Estate who granted them documents to cover the transaction. The acreage of land was given as 5.211 acres.

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:Arial">

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:Arial">The plaintiff witness further testified that, the defendants trespassed unto the land which culminated in the present action.

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:Arial">

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:Arial">The 1st defendant never appeared to defend the said action.
