Specifically, the amount being claimed is GH¢30,000.00. Per the agreement, the Plaintiff said he was required to do the concrete work on the floor, plastering, compound "screeding" and all plumbing works. He was also required to construct a fence wall and dig a man hole. According to the Plaintiff, the Defendant was responsible for the electrical & plumbing fittings and the tiles for the whole house. Consequently, the Plaintiff said he executed his part of the contract except the septic tank and half of the compound “screeding”. He also indicated that two rooms in the boys’ quarters had already been completed and occupied so he did not work on the same.
