The Defendant entered appearance on 14<sup>th</sup> May, 2010 and went on to file its statement of defence on 7<sup>th</sup> October, 2010 denying the claim of the Plaintiff.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif";mso-fareast-font-family:Tahoma;
