Limited.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>His grounds for wrongful dismissal are as follows;<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>He reported for duty on 19th &nbsp;February, 2010 at 10:30am to assist a friend in respect of export documentation. The work could not be completed on that day, so the next day, he reported to continue to finish the task whilst assisting the friend with export documentation on the 2nd day another cargo arrived with items. He was not working on that cargo, but later it came to his notice that, that cargo was suspected of containing "wee".<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>He was approached by a customs officer who requested to know whether he knew the agent of the cargo truck and he replied in affirmative.<o:p></o:p>&nbsp;<o:p></o:p>On, 1st march, 2010, he was asked to report to his manager. He was interdicted and subsequently asked to appear before a disciplinary committee. After appearing before the disciplinary committee on 10th march, 2010, he was dismissed on 10th March, 2010. He stated further that management action against him was unfair owing to the following reasons;<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>a. He was interdicted whilst on leave.<o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>b.
