</div>TERMS OF SETTLEMENT<o:p></o:p>1. Whereas the respondent in this matter terminated the
appointment of the petitioner on <o:p></o:p>December 31, 2010 and
the petitioner deemed the said termination wrongful and therefore filled a
petition with the NLC; 2. Whereas without accepting fault the
respondent and the petitioner have agreed to a mutually acceptable settlement
of this matter; <o:p></o:p>NOW THEREFORE THE
PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <o:p></o:p>1. That respondent shall pay to the petitioner
an all inclusive sum of GH¢1435.14 in full compensation; <o:p></o:p>2. That the said amount was arrived at by
multiplying the net salary of the petitioner at the time of his termination by
nine (9) months; 3. That the period of nine (9) months was agreed
to by the parties; 4. That the GH¢1435.14 shall be paid in three equal
installments over a period of three months as stated below; <o:p></o:p>a. The first shall be due and payable on or
before April 30, 2012; <o:p></o:p>b. The second shall be due and payable on or
before May 30, 2012: <o:p></o:p>c. The third and final shall be due and payable
on or before June 30, 2012; 5. That
respondent shall provide petitioner with post-dated checks covering the said
dates at the execution of this Agreement; 6. That each post-dated check must be
presented to the specified bank not before and not later than five (5) days of
the maturity date. <o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>TERMS OF MEDIATION SETTLEMENT BETWEEN ROBERT AKAI &amp; AIRWAYS
CATERING <o:p></o:p>7. That Petitioner undertakes to abandon any
further claim or right whatsoever he may think he has either with the National
Labour Commission and/or any other organization with competent jurisdiction;
