The Plaintiff, head of the family at Atwima Brofoyedru on behalf of himself and the said family issued the instant writ against the Defendants jointly and severally for:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in;text-align:justify;text-indent:-.5in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">1. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, being and lying at a place commonly known and called “Nkatieso” at Brofoyedru on Kumasi Akwamu Stool land bounded by the properties of Kokoben Stool, Adumasa Stool and Akwamu Baamu Stool. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in;text-align:justify;text-indent:-.5in"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">2.
