Declaration of title to the land as described in paragraph 13 of her Statement of Claim;<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in;text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">2. An order of ejectment and recovery of possession of the portion of Plaintiff (sic) land encroachedupon by defendant without lawful authority and or consent by Plaintiff;<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in;text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">3. Plaintiff says that her said land is situate lying and being at North Kwabenya, in the Ga District of the Greater Accra Region and covers an approximate area of 1.65 acres and isbounded on the North by proposed lane measuring 380 feet more or less on the East by proposed road measuring 200 feet more or less on the South by proposed lane mea- suring 330 feet more or less on the West by proposed lane measuring 200 feet more or less.” <o:p></o:p></span></i></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">Amendment of Pleadings:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">During the trial, several applications for amendment of pleadings were made to the courtby both partiesand each of them was granted. It first started with the amendment of the Plaintiff’s writ. The initial writ sealed in the court on 19/09/2005 was amended a few times.The latest amendment to the writ was on 24/02/12, endorsed with the reliefs reproduced here below:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in;text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">a) Declaration of title to NiiNgleshieAddyAboasah family land situatelying and being at Kwabenya, Accra in the Greater Accra region ofthe Republic of Ghana and bounded on the north by Obli and MankroloAddo’s properties respectively measuring 1780 feet more or less, onthe east by NiiOdoi, NiiOwuAyiku, Dowuona andSakunobii’s properties respectively measuring 7638 feet more or less, on the south-eastby Swaniker, KwashieTisuru and Nii Abbey’s properties respect- Ivelymeasuring 71 feet more or less and on south-west by Ato KpaeNiiTettehTsuru lands measuring 6096 feet more or less and containingan approximate area of 78.686 acres or 318.43 hectares more or lessparticularly and delineated and edged with pinkcolour on survey PLANNO. X2813 annexed to Land Certificate No. GA 6187 issued to NiiNgleshieAddyAboasa family dated 29th January, 1996.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in;text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">b) Declaration of title to the Plaintiff’s land described in the Deeds of Conveyance entered as Nos.
