Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice, in a letter dated 31
March, 2010, referred a complaint from Retired Chief Inspector Robert Alando
against his former employer, Medlab, for denying him his entitlements, to the
National Labour Commission (NLC) for redress. <o:p></o:p>Both parties were invited and several
facilitation meetings were held. It became necessary that the parties should
appear before the whole Commission for a hearing. The parties gave evidence on oath
