</div>The Case of Complainants: <o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>The
Complaints were employees of Ghana Museums and Monuments Board (GMMB). <o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>The
Complainants were investigated by Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO)
with regard to the use of internally generated funds of GMMB by the Complainants
as well as the licence issued by them to a company to use part of the land of
GMMB. <o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>Prior
to the EOCO investigation, the Internal Audit Agency had conducted
investigation into the same matter and exonerated the Complainants.<o:p></o:p>&nbsp;<o:p></o:p>Upon the instructions of the Economic and Organised Crime
Office (EOCO) the Chairman of GMMB interdicted the Complainants on 02/08/2010. <o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>By
the time the Complainants lodged a complaint with the Commission on 2nd August,
2010 no criminal prosecution had been instituted against them. <o:p></o:p><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p>The
