This outfit also receives Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) from accountable institutions such as the banks, forex bureau, car dealers etc.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:normal;tab-stops:106.65pt"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-fareast-font-family: "Book Antiqua";mso-bidi-font-family:"Book Antiqua""> <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-fareast-font-family:"Book Antiqua"; mso-bidi-font-family:"Book Antiqua"">On the 16<sup>th</sup> day of April 2014, the respondent filed an application in the registry of this Court to confirm a freezing directive it issued through Philip Q. Danso, the Deputy Chief Executive of the Centre to the Managing Director of Stanbic Bank Ghana Ltd, Attention Phyllis Dwamena. The said directive called for the freeze on Account No. 0121435463204. These transactions or transfers came from two (2) individuals namely Lennart Nordgr who did eleven (11) transactions between September 2011 and August 2012. That of Aberg Bjorn was January 2014 and March 2014, i.e. four (4) transactions.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-fareast-font-family:"Book Antiqua"; mso-bidi-font-family:"Book Antiqua""> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:normal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-fareast-font-family:"Book Antiqua"; mso-bidi-font-family:"Book Antiqua"">Upon these information, this Court confirmed the account number of Yaw Agyemang frozen. This present application has Rita Kyerema as a party. This Rita Kyerema deposed that, she has an interest in the money that had been lodged in the accounts of Yaw Agyemang as coming from her fiancé Bjorn Aberg. The total amount is $28,000.00. These were made in two tranches of $13,000.00 and $15,000.00 USD.
