They were interdicted from their employment by the then Acting Executive Secretary of NACOB for allegedly aiding the trafficking of illicit drugs into and out from Ghana. The charge of aiding the trafficking of illicit drugs, for which the applicants were accused of, according to NACOB officials, constitutes a misconduct; namely breach of confidence which by article 6.5 of its Conditions of Service could result in the dismissal of the applicants. Their letters of interdiction is dated 12<sup>th</sup> September, 2011; and their interdiction took effect from various dates in August, 2011. The interdiction was to allow for thorough investigations into their alleged conduct to enable NACOB officials take appropriate and justified decision on the matter.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; line-height:150%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma">The applicants have raised questions about their interdiction; and by their amended originating motion, they are praying this court for an order of judicial review, for an order, among others, to compel the Executive Secretary to re-instate them. More specifically, the reliefs being sought by Mutawakilu Yahaya Iddi, the applicant in <b><u>Suit No. HRCM 181/13</u></b> are as follows:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:36.0pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma">“a. Judicial Review of the decision of the Executive Secretary of the Narcotic Control Board not to reinstate applicant. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:36.0pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma">b. An order for Mandamus directed at the Narcotic Control Board compelling the Executive Secretary (2<sup>nd</sup> Respondent) to reinstate and pay the applicant his full monthly salary for July 2011 to date.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:36.0pt;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma">c. An order restraining the 2<sup>nd</sup> respondent from unlawfully withholding applicant’s salary and bonus arrears.”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; line-height:150%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma">The applicants in <b><u>Suit No. HRCM 97/13</u></b> also seek the following reliefs:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; line-height:150%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma"> “1.
