The 1st defendant, and one Kofi Ahenkan both sons of late Nana Kwame Danso were the named executors of the document, tendered in evidence at this trial, without objection, and marked as exhibit ‘F12’. It is dated 17th September, 2004. The plaintiffs, who are a widow and daughter respectively of Nana Kwame Danso asserted that exhibit ‘F12’ was contrived through fraud perpetuated by the 2nd defendant and one Kyeame Kwame Acheamfour who was one of the attesting witnesses of the disputed will and who testified as a defence witness in the instant case. He is described as one of the Akyeame of the Asantehene and referred to as a close friend to late Nana Kwame Danso. The plaintiffs therefore alleged that exhibit ‘F12’ is invalid.
