yes">On 9th February, 2012,
Mr. Moses Abeka Amoah (hereinafter
referred to as the Complainant) a petition to the
National Labour Commission (NLC) against Watson Services Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the
Respondent) in which complainant alleged that he had been working with
Respondent as Fork Lift Operator since 15 April,
2003 without a formal appointment letter and
contributions to his Social Security Pension and prayed the NLC to direct the
Respondent to issue him with an appointment letter and
pay his Social Security Contributions. <o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:8.65pt;margin-right:.2pt;margin-bottom:
0cm;margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;mso-pagination:

yes">On 14th February, 2012, the NLC forwarded the petition to
the Respondent for his reaction. No reaction was received from the Respondent.
On 17th April 2014, the NLC sent a reminder to the Respondent and again
attached a copy of the petition but no response was again received to this
reminder. <o:p></o:p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:8.2pt;margin-right:.2pt;margin-bottom:

yes">On 11th July, 2014, the NLC invited the parties for a
hearing on the petition on 23rd July, 2012, and stated that under Regulation 7
