Respondent offered the Complainant employment in its organization as
Information Systems Technician (Support) on a
gross monthly salary of GH¢1,600.00

tracing of five of the stolen laptops to members of the public who mentioned
the Complainant as their source of supply, the Respondent by a letter dated
March 13, 2012, suspended the
Complainant and placed him on half salary. The Respondent thereafter reported
him to the Police. The Complainant was subsequently arrested and arraigned before
