After satisfactorily serving six months probation, his appointment was confirmed on 15 November, 2010.<o:p></o:p>On 11th November, 2013, the Complainant was queried by the Respondent's Chief Internal Auditor to explain why disciplinary action should not be taken against him for recommending the payment of GHC 13, 400.00 as the cost of the Respondent's 2014 calendars when the actual price was around GHC6,000.00. This according to the query, implied that the Complainant either inflated the cost by about GH07,000.00 in order to steal the difference or he failed to carry out any due diligence. In a letter dated 14th November, 2013 the Complainant replied to the query and that ended the matter.<o:p></o:p>In a letter dated 18th November, 2013 and captioned, " Variation of Employment Terms", the Respondent informed the Complainant that the Respondent's Board of Directors at its meeting held on 16th November, 2013 dissolved the Marketing Department. Hence staff of the Department had been transferred to the Projects Department and would be assigned duties accordingly.<o:p></o:p>The Complainant was also informed that he would join the Department as one of the officers reporting to the Head of Department but his remuneration and grade would remain unchanged. The Board's decision was to take immediate effect. There is no evidence that he was assigned any duties.<o:p></o:p>In a letter dated
