The Plaintiff bank advanced an overdraft facility and a loan facility to the Defendants on or about 18<sup>th</sup> December, 2012 totaling One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Ghana Cedis, (GH<i>¢</i>150,000.00) each (hereinafter referred to collectively as “the Facilities”). The terms governing the grant of the Facilities were contained in the Facility Letter dated 18<sup>th</sup> December, 2012. As security for the Facilities, the 2<sup>nd</sup> Defendant mortgaged his property located at Accra Central in favour of the Plaintiff Bank and also executed a Deed of Guarantee, personally guaranteeing the payment and satisfaction of any debt owed to the Plaintiff upon a default by the 1<sup>st</sup> Defendant and upon a demand being made on him in writing. It is Plaintiff’s case that the overdraft facility matured on 18<sup>th</sup> December, 2013, and the loan expired on 18<sup>th</sup> December, 2014. According to the Plaintiff, the Defendants have failed to repay both Facilities in spite of repeated demands made on them by the Plaintiff, leaving an outstanding balance of One Hundred and Eighty-Three Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty-two Ghana Cedis, Forty Pesewas (GH<i>¢</i>183,252.40) on the over
