mso-border-shadow:yes"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Book Antiqua", serif;">According to Ebenezer Ayisi, the Complainant herein, he was employed by Ghana Aluminum Products Limited, the Respondent herein, in 2008 and worked until 2013 without Social Security and remained a Casual Worker all this while. It was his case that one Mr. Lartey his immediate Supervisor assaulted him on 5th June, 2013. He claimed that he sustained injuries as a result of the assault, where upon he reported to management. He was given a medical form to go to the hospital. He further claimed that on his return to the factory the Security prevented him from entering. Therefore he was sacked. He is therefore claiming compensation of twenty-five thousand Ghana Cedis from the company.
