On 27<sup>th</sup> November 1999, the petitioner/appellant (hereinafter referred to as the appellant) and the respondent/respondent (hereinafter referred to as the respondent) undertook an Ordinance Marriage at the Bethel Methodist Church at Essikadu in Takoradi. The marriage was blessed with two children. Later in the marriage, both parties started pointing accusing fingers at each other on the grounds of infidelity. All efforts at reconciliation failed. The parties acquired some properties which the appellant listed as two vehicles with registration numbers WR 2013 14, a Toyota 4x4 and an Opel Vectra Saloon car registered as WR 160 W, plots of land at Anaji West and Fijai. The appellant was dissatisfied with the turn of events and therefore caused the instant petition for divorce which was later amended on her behalf claiming as follows:-<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="margin-top:12.0pt;mso-add-space:auto;
