(as he then was) in Nkrumah vs. Ataa (1972) 2GLR 13 at page 18 where the learned Judge held that the learned counsel for the<span style="letter-spacing:2.0pt"> </span>plaintiff argued under some misconception that the substantive issue, by this appeal, has been kept alive.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:6.8pt;margin-bottom: 0cm;margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:115%"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:7.25pt;margin-bottom: 0cm;margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:115%"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">At page 941 of the Judgment in Brown vrs Quashigah (supra) the Supreme Court, speaking through Dr. Twum JSC, held as follows:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:42.75pt;margin-bottom: 0cm;margin-left:36.0pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:115%"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">“Even though the appellant gave notice in the notice of civil appeal that further grounds of appeal would be filed upon receipt of the record in his written submission filed on behalf of the Plaintiff, learned counsel stated that he did not intend to add any<span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt"> </span>additional or further grounds. He reasoned that ‘the omnibus grounds serve the pu
