Plaintiff said it was agreed that GH¢50,000 was to be paid upon execution and the balance of GH¢22, 000 to be paid over ten months. Plaintiff said when 1<sup>st</sup> Defendant brought a draft agreement for her consideration<span style="letter-spacing:-.55pt"> </span>she<span style="letter-spacing:-.55pt"> </span>raised<span style="letter-spacing:-.55pt"> </span>issues<span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt"> </span>with<span style="letter-spacing:-.55pt"> </span>1<sup>st</sup><span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt"> </span>Defendant’s<span style="letter-spacing: -.45pt"> </span>transfer<span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt"> </span>of<span style="letter-spacing:-.4pt"> </span>its<span style="letter-spacing:-.45pt"> </span>interest<span style="letter-spacing:-.5pt"> </span>to<span style="letter-spacing:-.45pt"> </span>2<sup>nd</sup> Defendant. Plaintiff said this change required an amendment of the draft Agreement<span style="letter-spacing:-.7pt"> </span>which<span style="letter-spacing:-.7pt"> </span>Defendants<span style="letter-spacing: -.65pt"> </span>sent<span style="letter-spacing:-.55pt"> </span>to<span style="letter-spacing:-.65pt"> </span>her<span style="letter-spacing:-.65pt"> </span>by<span style="letter-spacing:-.65pt"> </span>email.<span style="letter-spacing:-.6pt"> </span>Plaintiff<span style="letter-spacing:-.6pt"> </span>said<span style="letter-spacing:-.8pt"> </span>Defendants<span style="letter-spacing: -.6pt"> </span>had always given her the assurance that Defendants’ title deeds were being registered at the Lands Commission.
