He argued that what is missing with respect to the application is that there is no name of the lawyer who drafted the process. He admitted that there is a license number but the number was not referable to any human but to a firm of lawyers. He referred to <b>Section 8 (1) (2) of the Legal Profession Act 1960 (Act 32) and Regulation 4 of the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct and Etiquette) Rules 1969 (LI 613)</b>.
