The Plaintiffs and other passengers sustained different degree of injuries and subsequently the 3rd Plaintiff</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">‟</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">s wife and the driver of the vehicle she was on board and others died from their injuries. The 1st Defendant was the driver of the Sprinter bus with registration number ER 1779-14, and it was owned by the 2nd Defendant Awurama Memorial Foundation.
