</div>Brief facts:<o:p></o:p>On the 29" August, 2016. Esther Tsatsu hereinafter referred
to as the Complainant filed a complaint at the National Labour Commission
against Startimes D. T. V. Ghana hereinafter referred to as the Respondent for
unfair labour Practice.<o:p></o:p>The Commission in a letter dated 22 August, 2016
forwarded the complaint to the Respondent for its response in accordance with
L.L. 1822. The Respondent's response was received by the Commission on 20th
September, 2016.<o:p></o:p>The matter was facilitated on by the officers of
the Commission but facilitation failed. Thereafter, the matter was referred for

That the Respondent called to
