Boateng, detected that in July, 2013, the Complainant's ID was used to transfer GH¢56.00 being a restaurant room service bill of a guest by name Martin Bwalya, who settled his bill in cash, onto a dead folio of Kojo Asamoah whose April, 2013 bill was still outstanding in the House Account.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:5.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: .7pt;line-height:normal;border:none;mso-padding-alt:31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt; mso-border-shadow:yes"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Book Antiqua", serif;">The Front Desk Manager found the transaction unusual and suspicious, so she queried the Complainant on July 26, 2013 to explain why disciplinary action should not be taken against her for transferring a restaurant room service bill of Martin Bwalya which is an own account onto Kojo Asamoah's April bill which was yet to be paid in the House Account, contrary to the Respondent's guidelines (SOPs) on transfer of bills.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:5.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: .95pt;line-height:normal;border:none;mso-padding-alt:31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt 31.0pt; mso-border-shadow:yes"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Book Antiqua", serif;">In her reply to the query dated August 1, 2013, the Complainant denied making the said transfer. She however admitted that her ID which was known to her only, was used to effect the transfer. She did not indicate that she allowed anyone access to her computer to work.
