Dissatisfied with the judgment of the Court, the plaintiff filed a Notice of Appeal against same on the 3<sup>rd</sup> of July 2014 on the following grounds of appeal:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:36.0pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:-36.0pt; line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family: "Book Antiqua",serif">i). The judgment cannot be supported by the weight of evidence adduced.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">ii).
