Declaration of title to all that piece and parcel of land situate, lying and being at Kwabenya in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana and containing an approximate area of 173.792 acres or 70.332 hectares which said piece and parcel of land is more delineated and edged with pink colour on Survey Plan No. X3272.</span></i><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif""> <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:1.0in;text-align:justify;text-justify: inter-ideograph;text-indent:-.5in"><i><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">ii. Recovery of possession of the portion of plaintiff’s land that Defendant has trespassed upon.<o:p></o:p></span></i></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:1.0in;text-align:justify;text-justify: inter-ideograph;text-indent:-.5in"><i><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">iii. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, its agents, assigns, servants, workmen or whoever from disturbing the quite enjoyment of plaintiff’s land.<o:p></o:p></span></i></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:1.0in;text-align:justify;text-justify: inter-ideograph;text-indent:-.5in"><i><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">v. Cost including legal and administrative cost.”<o:p></o:p></span></i></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">The writ was followed the very next day by an application seeking to restrain the respondent and all persons claiming by or through it from developing the land, subject matter of the suit, pending the determination of the action
