Upon reliance of </span><i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-bidi-font-family:Arial">Domfeh v. Adu </span></i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-bidi-font-family:Arial">[1984-86] 1 GLR 653 CA, I deem it proper to ignore issues I deem irrelevant for purposes of the present state of plaintiff’s case.
