The suit reminisces love gone sour between parties who married in 1969 and got divorced in 1996. They are resident in Accra. They have been a married couple since 1969. They no longer together live as a couple. The marriage, they claim had been divorced by the order of the Circuit Court. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-bidi-font-family:Arial">2<sup>nd</sup> defendant was residing in the disputed subject matter house on the support of 1<sup>st</sup> defendant. It does appear that he is still residing in the house. The one time couple are before this court over a residential property - H/No. B224/17 - located at South Odorkor, Accra, which curiously did not feature in the divorce suit. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-bidi-font-family:Arial"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-bidi-font-family:Arial">Plaintiff’s claim is that she owns the subject matter house jointly with 1<sup>st</sup> defendant, and that 2<sup>nd</sup> defendant is currently occupying the house unlawfully under terms and conditions she has no knowledge of.
