Plaintiff said on her return in 2009 she found out that Defendant had put caretakers on the land, claiming ownership; and had registered a half of her land at the Lands Commission. Plaintiff says unless the Court restrains Defendant she will not continue her trespass. Plaintiff said Defendant’s registration is fraudulent and must be cancelled from the Lands Commission’s records. She claims against Defendant per her reliefs endorsed on her Writ of Summons.
