Costs of GHC 3,000.00 was also awarded against the Defendant.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"">On 26<sup>th</sup> October, 2017 the default judgment was set aside upon an application by the Defendant.
