Maumess Fairplay Ltd and Maurice Messiba, Suit No. BFS/173/14</u></b>, the Property in dispute was described as Parcel No. 122, Block 1 Section 030 AR, located at Accra Central as described in Land Title Certificate No. GA20675 but by a Notice of Admission of Fact filed by the Claimant, he admitted for the purposes of this action only, the fact that the <i>“…land described in Land Title Certificate No. GA20675 is the same Land being claimed by the Claimant in this interpleader action”,</i> which is described as No. D837/4, Boundary Road, Tudu, Accra.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">I have carefully considered the evidence of the record to include the testimony of the Claimant and the Representative of the Execution/Creditor as corroborated by the supporting documentary evidence tendered by both parties to this suit.
