line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif";mso-bidi-font-family:Tahoma">The Plaintiff contends that his grandmother acquired the disputed land as far back as 1908 and the said acquisition is evidenced by an indenture dated 29<sup>th</sup> December 1908 which was tendered in evidence as Exhibit ‘A’.
