Her last place of abode was H/No. B 207/14, Mataheko, Accra. Four of her children applied for and were granted Letters of Administration dated 9<sup>th</sup> July, 2001. B. Quaye (the plaintiff therein and the 2<sup>nd</sup> Defendant/Respondent herein) applied for and obtained an interlocutory order appointing the Registrar as a Receiver/Manager of the said property pending the hearing and determination of the case. He also applied ex parte for and obtained an interlocutory order empowering the Sheriff to take possession of the property and to remove all occupants. All the occupants of the property were accordingly ejected on 27<sup>th</sup> July, 2004. Subsequently, the 1<sup>st</sup> and 2<sup>nd</sup> Defendants herein (plaintiff and 2<sup>nd</sup> defendant in Suit No. CCL 41/2001), entered into a settlement agreement which was filed on 12<sup>th</sup> October, 2004.
