In this appeal, for easy referencing, the Plaintiff/Appellant shall be referred to as “the Plaintiff” and the Defendant/Respondent shall be referred to as “the Defendant”. In other words, the parties to the instant appeal shall retain their designations before the court below.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="ydp364cea9eyiv9460016228ydp660170cmsonormal" style="text-align:justify; line-height:115%"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">The brief facts of the case are that the Plaintiff immediately before the termination of his employment was the Managing Director of the Defendant. The Plaintiff’s employment was terminated by the Defendant by a letter dated 1<sup>st</sup> June 2016. Upon the termination the Plaintiff was paid one month’s salary in lieu of notice, redundancy payment, outstanding leave, and relocation cost. However, prior to the termination of the employment, the Defendant had on two occasions offered the Plaintiff a new employment with reduced remuneration which the Plaintiff rejected.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="ydp364cea9eyiv9460016228ydp660170cmsonormal" style="text-align:justify; line-height:115%"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-bidi-font-weight:bold">The Plaintiff sued the Defendant, his former employer, for the following reliefs:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="ydp364cea9eyiv9460016228ydp660170cmsonormal" style="margin-left:36.0pt; text-align:justify;text-indent:-36.0pt;line-height:115%"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-bidi-font-weight: bold">a.
