He claimed he initially bought the plots of land from the Odartey Sro family and was issued with a deed of lease dated 21<sup>st</sup> October, 2004, and that thereafter another family by name Numo Nmashie, also claimed ownership of the said plots and the said family also issued him with a lease document. Again thereafter, the 1<sup>st</sup> Defendant/Respondent also entered the land and claimed ownership of same.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;tab-stops:58.4pt"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">The Applicant said he negotiated with the Respondents concerning the same land and it was agreed that the Applicant pays a sum of Two Hundred and Sixty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢260,000.00) as the total price for the seven (7) plots. The Applicant said he had paid a total amount of Sixty-Four Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢64,000.00) to the Respondents for which he had been issued with receipts.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;tab-stops:58.4pt"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">He also said he had agreed with the Respondents to pay the value of the land by instalments and yet the Respondents had reneged on the said agreements and had entered the land with a bulldozer, graded about four (4) plots of the land for the commencement of some construction works and that they had told the Applicant that they would only give him two and a half plots of the land. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text
