Further to the filing of the Writ of Summons on July 2, 2015 the sole Plaintiff at the time filed a “Motion on Notice for Interim Injunction” against the Defendant. On July 23, 2015 the Court presided over by Anthony Kofi Abada J (as he then was) granted the application in the following terms as per the Order exhibited as <b>Exhibit </b>“<b>A</b>” in this application.
