The case of Plaintiff/Applicant</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"; mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman""><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt; line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif";mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">[3]</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua","serif"; mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman""> Speaking to the motion, learned Counsel relied on all the averments as set out in the accompanying affidavit and submitted that the 2nd Defendant is mandated by law to regulate the profession of pharmacy which is important aspect of its mandate as per Section 2 of <b><i>Pharmacy Act, 1994 (Act 489) </i></b>and also the provisions of <b><i>Health Professions Regulatory Bodies Act, 2013 (Act 857)</i></b>.
