An order was made restraining him from holding himself out as the Odikro of Elubo. The Judicial Committee however, did not give reasons for the verdict the same day. It did so on the 29<sup>th</sup> of November 2017, the date fixed for the purpose. The full judgment attached to the applicant’s affidavit in support of his instant motion as exhibit BB contains the orders the judicial committee made.
