The size of this disputed land Plaintiffs claimed to have bought was stated as 0.24 acre and the alleged acquisition took place in June 2010.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman""><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:36.0pt;line-height: 115%"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"">Plaintiffs pleaded that upon the acquisition they exercised overt acts of possession by erecting corner pillars at the four corners of the land with 2<sup>nd</sup> Plaintiff’s name clearly embossed on the pillars.
