font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:EN-US">The Plaintiff asserts that he is the winner of GH¢57,603,306.20 plus bonuses arising from 220 betting contracts offered and accepted by the 1<sup>st</sup> Defendant on result predictions of 24 football matches between 7<sup>th</sup> November 2018 and 11<sup>th</sup> November 2018, which winnings the 1<sup>st</sup> Defendant has refused to honour. The Plaintiff states further that he has issued a writ of summons seeking among other reliefs to recover the said amount. According to the Plaintiff, he has brought this application ex-parte due to the actions of 1<sup>st</sup> Defendant in refusing to pay him the said winnings and also freezing his online account held with them as well as the fact that the winning balance on his account has also been taken down.
