I have also reviewed the statement of case failed by the Plaintiff as well as heard from his Counsel.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left:108.0pt;text-align:justify;text-indent: -108.0pt;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif;mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman""><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">The case of the Plaintiff is that he is winner of certain bets he placed with the 1<sup>st</sup> Defendant but the 1<sup>st</sup> Defendant has refused to pay him his winnings for which reason he has issued a writ of summons with an accompanying statement of claim alleging breach of contract and seeking to recover those earnings among other reliefs. It is my opinion that the Plaintiff’s case satisfies all the principles which govern the grant of such an application in aid of his rights. There is currently pending a cause of action between the Plaintiff and the 1<sup>st</sup> Defendant. T
