[See Exhibit “CV A”, a copy of the Tenancy Agreement executed by the parties]. The relationship between the parties went sour and the Plaintiffs now allege the Defendant owes rent arrears in the sum of Thirteen Thousand United States dollars ($13,000.00) for part of the rents for the year 2018. Plaintiffs state further that by a letter dated 17<sup>th</sup> October, 2018, written to the Defendant by their solicitor and marked as Exhibit “CV C”, they terminated the tenancy and demanded that the Defendant yield up possession of the property by 16<sup>th</sup> January, 2019, having taken into account the requisite three (3) month notice period mandated by law. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">According to the Plaintiffs, contrary to their demands, the Defendant has held over the tenancy from that date till present refusing to pay the rents due and outstanding, which, at the time of filing the writ, they claim stood in the sum of Thirteen Thousand United States dollars (US$13,000.00) for the outstanding rents of 2018 and a further sum of Three Thousand United States dollars (US$3,000.000) for the additional period up to 16<sup>th</sup> January, 2019.
