According to the Plaintiff, after acquiring the land, they secured it with corner pillars and built a foundation. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman""><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif; mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">Subsequently in 2015, they tried to sell it to one Kwodjo Bentsi Enchill but the deal fell through. Plaintiff claims that recently, the Defendant trespassed on this land and has started work on same. He claimed that searches he conducted at the Land Title Registry before acquiring the land revealed that it belonged to Christiana Amoako.
